I added a vehicle to my policy with another driver and it seemed fairly easy to do so, the agent I spoke with informed me that it would only be an additional $90 to add both. Then 3 weeks later I am contacted that not only was that information incorrect, but it would incur an extra $490 a month for both vehicles and drivers. I wasn't given a reason why this increase was so severe nor was I apologized to for their mistake for quoting me incorrectly. I am at a loss why my own vehicles insurance jumped from $170 to $300 in a matter of 3 weeks just by adding a driver and second vehicle ($360). After looking at several other providers, I found that this amount is unnecessarily priced. I'm sad to think that I've been a faithful customer, sent SEVERAL new customers to this agent only to be burned by what seems like price gouging. Way to go, State Farm. You lost another one.

Jill and Amanda are marvelous agents! I have been with this group for almost 3 years now and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
